Social housing - Vallenari

The program included a master plan for a large settlement of Social Housing and related services; the concept of the project exalts the signs of the patrimonial centuriation, still legible at the limit of the city, an ordinator sign that the original human settlement wanted as an act of appropriation of the territory. The aim of the project is to give life to an architecture of the land and the soil that creates interpenetration between territory and built. The key to interpretation is twofold: on the one hand a rarefied building, immersed in the landscape and strongly rooted on the ground and on the other the complete abstraction with respect to the existing building made explicit through the creation of large "cycle-pedestrian" green roads, parallel to each other .
