Social housing - via Togliatti

Montale (PT), Italy - 2005

The project envisages the extension of an existing building destined to Social Housing dating back to the 80s. The new portion constitutes a compact volume in the west side of the existing building, which respects the alignments by orientating its front window towards an area intended for public green areas. The four project real estate units are equipped with exclusive loggias that amplify the external-internal relationship with the goal of a higher quality of living; the units of the first floor have a duplex type that allows the realization of a double volume part on the living area, amplifying the living space.
